M-DOT© Experiential Learning Systems incorporate the
fundamentals of learning-through-experience by subjecting
the participants to artificial environment that mimic the
situations usually reserved for the work place.
The gamut of
training simulations include low intensity exercises using paper
and pen to more high impact physical exercises like rock
climbing, rafting and resource treks.
At each stage,
learning is facilitated by observing, evaluating and discussing
the performance of the team/individual. The learning points are
emphasized, linked to the work environment and implemented in
